About Me:
I am committed to the study and practice of coaching people to bring forth their highest capacities. People have always come to me for advice and support. My decision to become a Mentor Coach was a natural choice. I am a graduate of one of the most highly acclaimed coaching schools in North America, the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California.
I have studied psychology and a wide variety of therapeutic modalities embracing and learning from many different traditions and most importantly from my true teacher - direct experience. I have learned as much from my human challenges and conditioning as I have from the grace and good fortune that has also blessed my life.
As a Mentor Coach and Licensed Seminar Leader with the Academy for Coaching Excellence, my services are used for personal and professional development. I lead group seminars in settings ranging from non-profits, government, business, universities, community groups, adult education centres and retreats.
